The Final Kids Matinee

today was our last show for the schools, it went really well. kate, our cinderella, was tearing up a bit. it was too sweeet :) i saw beauty and the beast at tallwood and it was really good. i loved it, so anyone reading this should go see it :D i announce my cast for intro class tomorrow! thats probably going to be the highlight of my day, which, i suppose, is a little sad. but a lot of my days arent eventful until after school. like yesterda for instance. i found narnia! in sandbridge? it was sooo fun though. my green vans, are now brown. there was sooo much mud that i just stomped around in! the besttt. but our last show is sunday and im gonna miss it but then again we start one acts after that which is gonna be great because im assistant directing! well gotta crash to balance with my chaos! night :D

Transcending Within

well ive decided to transcend. we studied it in english, and i must say it peaked my interest alot. im reading emerson and tolstoy and throeau and im in loveee. but yess, over the summer its gonna happen. i asked my mom if i could live out in the wilderness and she shot me down. :( thats okay, but im transcending within soo its alls well that ends well right? lifes been such a debacle i need to balance it with something huge. which is my phase im going through hahaha, anywaysss. Theatre wise, we had our first matinee today and it went really well, no more rehearsals! this is the first time ive been home at a normal time in a month! maybe two? im not sure but thats alright. we have 11 other performances in the two weeks, its gonna go well. :) the pictures i posted are completely irrelevant to my post, i jus was in a nice mood, my cat doodle accidently took the top one, :)

Technical Pies?

sooo i had to make a pie for cinderella, because im in the technical theatre class and its done and its is beautiful! i just really wanted to post of picture of it, im soo proudd :D

Straight from upstage

ughhh, 7 and 1\2 hours of walking around in heels, fixing everyones hair, and putting lavs together. this is my hell for the next 13 days. i just got home (930 at night) and now im working on my pie and my prompt book, i have like no time sooo ill make a quick video. :)

Childrens Hospital of the Kings Daughters

Well, this is my first blog and im at CHKD right now waiting for my medicine. I had to miss the entire school day, but what teenager really minds that? The highlight of my day has yet to come, rehearsal. Were performing Cinderella and we open next tuesday! I may only be in the background but it takes up so much of my time. Today until 630, tomorrow until 900, Thursday until 930, Friday until 1000 and Monday until 1030. Woopie. But we get amazing food those days so i dont mind staying late. They might as well put showers and cots under the stage because the majority of us live there. I havent done my yoga for 2 weeks. Im going stir crazy and i need to change my room. Im trying to maintain balance but its difficult with theatre. thats the price you pay for something you love.
